The Very Best of Scandinavia

Five days. Five extraordinary tables. Thirteen Michelin stars across Scandinavia.

The Very Best of Scandinavia

The Very Best of Scandinavia

Some tours are built around a country.

This one is built around a moment in food.

For years, Scandinavia has been one of the most exciting regions in the world to eat. It changed the language of modern cooking. It taught the world to look differently at nature, seasonality, preservation, fire, fermentation, seafood, simplicity, and restraint. And then it kept evolving.

This journey brings together five of the most important restaurants in that world.

Frantzén. VYN. Alchemist. Jordnær. Kadeau.

Five days. Three countries of feeling, even when the geography is tight: Stockholm’s elegance, the quiet beauty of Skåne, and Copenhagen’s extraordinary concentration of creativity, precision, and hospitality.

This is not an easy itinerary to build. These are not casual reservations. These are restaurants people plan entire trips around, placed one after another in a rhythm that only makes sense if you care deeply about food.

Thirteen Michelin stars in five days sounds almost absurd.

But the point is not the number.

The point is to feel how different each of these tables is, and how together they tell the story of Scandinavian cooking today: exacting, emotional, wild, intimate, theatrical, humble, and completely alive.

This is not a checklist.

It is a journey through one of the great food cultures of our time.

The Journey

This journey moves quickly, but it is not rushed.

We begin in Stockholm at Frantzén, then move south to Skåne for VYN, Daniel Berlin’s quiet and deeply personal restaurant by the Baltic coast.

Then Copenhagen takes over: Alchemist, Jordnær, and Kadeau. Theatre, seafood, hospitality, preservation, memory, and the island soul of Bornholm.

Five days. Five completely different languages of Scandinavian cooking.

This is Scandinavia, table by table.

I’ve read enough. Take me to registration!
