Una Gran Fiesta II began with Swedish meatballs by Daniel Berlin. That should tell you something about the days that followed.
Vyn became our home, with meals at Daniel’s table, a day on Bornholm at Kadeau, and an evening at Alchemist. We also learned that Daniel’s definition of a “light dinner” included four courses. We should probably have asked.
I wanted to give these meals a proper home here. The photographs, menus, and dish descriptions below bring together what we ate, with the details that are easy to forget once the next plate arrives.
For everyone who joined us, this is a way back to those tables. And if you weren’t there, pull up a chair. There is quite a lot to get through.
