At the end of September, I travelled through Kyoto and Tokyo with a wonderful group of food lovers from Brazil. We shared meals at Maeda, Ogata, Arai, Suzutashiki, Takiya, Sushi Saito, Yakiniku Jumbo and Namba.
So much to remember. And usually, after a trip like this, the details begin to disappear. You remember loving a meal, but not quite what was on the plate.
This time, we kept a record.
